The Platform
Built a complete ecosystem for creators and brands to connect, collaborate, and monetize. Campaign management with end-to-end workflow from brief creation to deliverable approval, with status tracking and deadline enforcement.
Creator discovery with filterable search across social metrics, audience demographics, niche, and engagement rates. Brand dashboard with multi-campaign management, spend tracking, performance metrics, and team collaboration. Real-time messaging between brands and creators with file sharing and contract management.
Analytics & User Tracking
Implemented the full analytics pipeline from scratch. Event tracking across the creator journey (signup → profile completion → campaign participation → payout). Conversion funnels from discovery to campaign completion.
Engagement and retention analysis with cohort breakdowns. Custom dashboards for the operations team to monitor platform health.
