Development
I separated the storefront from the commerce backend and rebuilt the shopping pages to improve loading speed and navigation.
The dashboards tracked how customers moved from browsing colors to buying samples and ordering paint. I also automated inventory alerts, reorder reminders, and supplier notifications.
